These are the core values and belief on which Bennie International School based its strategic plans and day to day operation. They are values important for our pupils, parents and staff. They encompass our practices and decision making and we are accountable for their enactment.

INITIATIVE: willingness to generate and / or pursue ideas, proposal and actions, assuming [personal responsibility for their disposition.

INTEGRITY: believing thinking and acting in consonance with one’s espoused values and intentions. Integrity the hallmark of wholeness, personally and professionally.

ACTUALITY: shared common values, goals and benefits will endure.

Self discipline: self control and self efficiency in pursuing individual and organizational strategies and goals.

STEWARDSHIP: using resources effectively, efficiently, economically and in a timely manner.

TOLERANCE: unconditional acknowledgement and acceptance of others as persons regardless of their background, ethnicity, gender or beliefs. Tolerance is the core value of diversity.

RESPECT: the respect shown for oneself, the school and community and others, including respect for and recognition of the values of the cultural and individual differences.
